“The alleged incident did not occur. The man filed an almost identical lawsuit in Brooklyn in 2020. The lawsuit was dismissed soon after. These allegations are not as valid today as they were then. We believe they will be rejected again,” the spokesman said.
He added that the actor was ready to sue the girl. “Mr. Fox plans to seek malicious prosecution against this individual and his attorneys for reopening this frivolous lawsuit,” he said.
Meanwhile, Jamie Foxx became famous for his role as Ray Charles in the movie “Ray”, for which he received an Oscar in 2005. He also appeared in the films Django Unchained, Law Abiding Citizen and The Amazing Spider-Man: High Voltage.
