We are talking about the most brutal diets that geishas follow in order not to lose their jobs. By the way, many women still adhere to such dietary restrictions.

To lose weight, geishas were required to eat only brown rice for a week, without adding salt, butter or milk. All other products are banned. In total, it turned out that the geisha ate nothing but rice for a week, washing it down with water.

With such a diet, girls can lose five to ten kilograms. However, they had to repeat this diet every two weeks to avoid gaining weight again. Some even ate this way regularly.
