Britney Spears seems to have more to say in her new memoir than the setbacks that have already occurred: The woman in me. The star had a Vol. 2 promises to come in 2024.
“Humor is the cure for everything!!! Keep playing!!! Part 2 will be released next year… get ready!!!” Spears wrote on Instagram.
Share one of The woman in me was released last week and Spears claimed it was “the best-selling celebrity memoir in history.” This is backed up by its status on Amazon, where it is at number 1 on the bestseller lists of most read books and non-fiction. Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books published the memoir on October 24. In a press release, Gallery Books called it “a brave and stunningly moving story of freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith and hope” and added that the book “illuminates the enduring power of music and love—and the meaning of one woman.” “She tells her own story, on her own terms.”
