New week, new recipe. Yes, this is my ambition in life: to provide you with an entire list of sweet recipes that are very simple to make, because life without tasting is like an article without comments: empty.
This time too I went to see Tiffany Cruchou’s book and her CookBook, published by First Editions.
The recipe for sand roses
To make this sweet croquette you will need:
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 10g semi-salted butter
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar (optional)
- 50 g of unsweetened cornflakes cereals
First, start by cutting the butter and chocolate into small pieces and let them melt gently. If you want to add more, add the icing sugar to the mixture and mix again, very delicately. The mixture should be smooth and shiny. Then add the cornflakes, being careful not to let them jump, and form small piles which you will place on a plate or flat plate. Hop, in the fridge for at least two hours, so that the chocolate hardens!
