On Monday Booba, real name Elie Yaffa, was heard by the investigating judge following about ten complaints presented by Magali Berdah. The latter accuses the rapper of instigating a massive cyberharassment campaign against her.

It therefore decided to indict him for aggravated moral harassment, accompanied by judicial control with a ban on talking about Magali Berdah on social networks.
