Many new memes have appeared on the Internet in light of the news that Russians are no longer allowed to bring personal belongings and cars into the European Union.
According to the new rules, Russians cannot import products produced in the Russian Federation into the EU. The purpose of this measure is to eliminate the possibility of selling Russian products in EU countries. Prohibited items that may be confiscated at customs include laptops, smartphones (the brand of the device is not specified), cosmetics, toothbrushes and even toilet paper. The news caused real confusion and appeared ridiculous to social media users.

Basically, the introduced rules were met with irony, and therefore memes began to appear on social networks, in which users imagined what Russians would look like when they arrived in the EU, if everything and gadgets purchased in the Russian Federation were really confiscated. Like the news, the subject matter of memes is taken to extremes. So in most creative works we see Russians naked.
