Swimwear brand sues Euphoria star Sidney Sweeney

A lawsuit has been filed against Sydney Sweeney, best known for her role as Cassie in the TV series Euphoria. The actress was at the center of a scandal for breaching her contract with the LA Collective swimwear brand. According to TMZ, the actress received free swimwear from the brand and subsequently broke the deal with the company.
The brand signed an agreement with the actress last year that she would be the face of a new swimsuit collection, but Sweeney did not meet the terms. After the contract was signed and the swimsuit models were approved, the items were sent to the player. However, he terminated the contract without explanation after receiving them.
The actress did not return the swimsuit: soon representatives of the brand saw them on the heroine of Sweeney in the TV series Euphoria. The brand’s products have appeared in at least five episodes of the series.

Representatives of LA Collective said Sydney used the brand’s swimwear without permission, and the company suffered $3 million in losses due to its actions, which is exactly the amount its representatives were expected to earn from the sale of swimwear. Now the brand plans to sue the player for compensation.
Sidney Sweeney herself has yet to comment on the situation.
