Also, the inspector provided information from MTS to prove that Valeria used the SIM card, despite the court’s ban. Incoming and outgoing calls are also recorded. However, the court still refused to harden Lerchek’s preventive measure.
“I deny my guilt because I personally did not use the Internet myself. But when I asked the Federal Penitentiary Inspector if anyone could use my phone – my mother, my kids, my assistant – they told me – yes, it’s not you. I don’t even pick up the phone, ”Valeria quoted the words of RIA Novosti.
Recall that in early March, a criminal case was opened against Lerchek and her husband Artem for non-payment of taxes and money laundering on a particularly large scale. After counting all the companies, the bloggers were arrested. It soon became known that the Chekalinas paid off their tax debts, paying more than 311 million rubles. They are now prohibited from using cell phones by court order.
