British consulting firm Skytrax has compiled its annual Skytrax World Airline rankings and named it the best airline of 2023. The top was compiled based on the results of surveys among travelers from 100 countries. Singapore Airlines took first place and Qatar Airways took second place. ANA All Nippon Airways placed in the top three.
Emirates ranked fourth and Japan Airlines fifth. Turkish Airlines took the sixth place in the ranking. Air France took seventh place. Eighth place – Cathay Pacific Airways, ninth place – EVA Air. Korean Air completed the top 10.
Note that the survey among passengers was conducted from September 2022 to May 2023 in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Claims were checked for IP address and user information. All duplicate, suspicious or inappropriate entries have been removed.
We add that the World Airline Awards were established in 1999. That year, Skytrax launched the first global annual airline customer satisfaction survey.
