“In connection with the introduced regime of the counter-terrorist operation (CTO), graduation parties in schools and the city-wide graduation ceremony in Gorky Park were postponed for a week,” the Moscow Education Ministry news agency reported.
Recall, it was learned that a regime of anti-terrorist operation was introduced in Moscow and the Moscow region. The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that in connection with this, previously announced mass events in the city were canceled. “All city services are fully functioning, moving around the city is not difficult.
