There are a dozen scenarios of a futuristic morning. Picturesque and life-affirming – the emerald soy milk smoothie bowl with sorrel and chia seeds sprinkled generously with raspberry, blueberry, kiwi and caramelized seeds. Robust and complete juicy steak, fried egg with spinach in a pyramid of golden potato fritters with mozzarella, porcini mushrooms and fragrant mushroom sauce. Summer and country – zucchini casserole with salmon and yogurt. And defiantly luxurious – an airy brioche under a centimeter layer of black caviar in whipped butter, of course, with a glass of champagne.
