The Hollywood star appeared with Hoda and Jenna on TODAY, where he talked about paternity. “When I found out I was going to have a baby, I thought, ‘I’m more likely to be a parent – and I’m going to be a parent – which is probably going to cause him more problems than it did for me. And then, when the kids start to grow up, you realize: “Oh, I have to set boundaries,” Channing Tatum said.
“It’s weird, kids want boundaries even if they don’t want boundaries. Only when she understands the rules her anxiety goes away and her stress level goes down. Moreover, these are not even our rules, these are the rules of the house.”
He also talked about some of the rules they have with 10-year-old Everly. “You always have to put your plate in the sink, put your clothes away, brush your teeth – just ordinary, simple things,” the actor said.
