Two Iranian journalists face capital punishment for covering the death of Mahsa Amini

Elaheh Mohammadi, journalist of the newspaper Mihan ham, covers the violent intervention of the police on the day of Mahsa Amini’s funeral. In summary, the two young women are, at this moment, only carrying out the duty of information that belongs to them as journalists.

The two journalists are currently being tried individually behind closed doors in the city of Tehran. They could lose their lives there.
