Benedict Cumberbatch is currently producing a mini-series called “Eric” for Netflix. In the project, he took on the role of popular puppeteer Vincent Sullivan, whose life changed dramatically after the disappearance of his younger son Edgar. As a result, the man loses himself and his home and becomes addicted to illegal substances. He is brought back to life by a blue puppet named Eric, who goes on a journey with him to find the boy.
Photos from the set, where Benedict Cumberbatch appears in a fluffy monster costume, have been posted on the Web. According to Western tabloids, in this image, the actor ran through one of the parks in New York and his fans cheered for him.

Note that the series will only consist of six episodes. Filming began in Budapest last month. The release date of the project has not yet been announced.
