Pop-up animals at T1
On April 15 and 16, the Israeli cuisine restaurant T1 will include dinner by chef Alexander Pimenov and a hangover Sunday brunch with T1 chef Ilya Cherkashin. Petersburg will present a pop-up of the project Animals.
Dinner will begin at 7 p.m. on April 15, and the menu features the best dishes from the Animals team and the chef’s favorite appetizers from Tel Aviv: tuna sashimi with tabouleh and labneh, scoredalia with grilled vegetables, strawberry shrimp and crawfish carpaccio, kohlrabi skewers, Lamb sausage with wild garlic and smoked pear cake with chocolate hazelnut meringue.
Israeli brunch with a mix of appetizers, Jerusalem bagel with salmon, fish kebab with lamb fat, shakshuka with paneer and onion cream soup with hazelnuts are served at the brunch, which will take place on April 16 between 12:00 and 16:00. For dessert – gin-baba with citrus.
