Do you want a homemade cake whose preparation does not require having made a Bac+10 in shortcrust pastry? Nothing could be simpler with this recipe that can be used with everything you have in the pantry (well almost everything eh, don’t exaggerate either). Small plus of this recipe: it’s easy to make with children, who can keep them busy for many minutes.
Easy yogurt cake recipe

To make this delicious cake you will need:
- A yogurt (and keep the jar well)
- Made with flour
- Sugar
- half sachet of yeast
- 3 eggs
- some oil
- If desired, you can also add pieces of apples, pears, chocolate chips
- To taste, half a cap of orange blossom
Before you are all your ingredients, plus a salad bowl, a whisk (or spoon, it also works, but is less effective against lumps), as well as a baking dish.
To start, pour the contents of the yogurt into the bowl. Once it’s empty, fill it with flour, 3 times. Then fill it with sugar, 2 times. Break the eggs, mix a little, finally add the yeast half a jar of oil. Stir, stir, shake your sore wrist, stir again, add apples or pears or whatever, stir again and you’re done.
Lightly butter the bottom of your mold (or insert the parchment paper so that the dough does not stick) and soon, in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
And now, it’s ready! The advantage of this recipe is that it is almost infinite, but it is equally appreciable in its “simple” version.
Come on, it’s snack time!
