Roman Kostomarov’s condition is getting better and better. Ilya Averbukh announced this today. At the opening of the fourth season of the All-Russian competition “Big Change”, the producer of “Ice Age” said that he received a voicemail from the skater.

As we wrote before, on January 10, Roman was taken to the intensive care unit with pneumonia. He was then transferred to the Kommunarka clinical center, where he was attached to an ECMO machine. Then its complications began, sepsis developed and blood circulation was disturbed. On February 7, the figure skater was amputated with both feet during the onset of gangrene. On February 20, he suffered a cerebral vascular spasm, but doctors quickly provided help.
