They appeared in January before the Bobigny criminal court. The singer Aya Nakamura, and her ex-spouse Vladimir Boudnikoff, received the verdict this Thursday 23 February: they are respectively sentenced to pay a fine of 10,000 and 5,000 euros.
An altercation that dates back to the summer of 2022
The couple had been taken into custody after a “the dispute has ignited”, which took place last August in the couple’s family home. They had gotten free, but each had been prescribed three days of incapacity for work as a result of the injuries caused by this mutual violence.
This Thursday, neither of the defendants was present at the announcement of the resolution. The amounts of the fines received are higher than those requested by the prosecutor, who asked for 5,000 euros for the 27-year-old star and 2,000 euros for her ex-spouse.
Aya Nakamura and Vladimir Boudnikoff have yet to consult with their respective attorneys to determine whether or not they wish to appeal.
