The fact is that WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency – Ed.) did not agree with the decision of the Russian Anti-Doping Organization and appealed to the CAS (International Court of Arbitration – Ed.). “As part of the appeal, WADA is seeking a four-year ban and cancellation of all athlete results from the 25 December 2021 sampling date. WADA will continue to insist that this case be resolved without further undue delay. “Given that the case is currently under review by CAS, WADA cannot comment further at this time.”
