Some time ago I received an invitation to a press trip organized by a Biarritz water sports brand. So I jumped at the chance to respond positively to the email! On the one hand because I love this city and on the other because this trip allowed me to kill two birds with one stone, taking advantage of my stay in test InfinityLab branded products.
That’s how I risked going on a business trip, leaving all my usual charging accessories at home to exclusively use a new range of wireless chargers. In 2023 the condition to pass this test is simply to have a smartphone that recharges by induction, it’s easy to dive into the water!
But what exactly is it? InfinityLab is a range of charging accessories designed by HARMAN, which enables users to have more sustainably designed ergonomic devices. In fact, the products are made of 90% recycled plastic. To go further, the product packaging is plastic-free and printed with soy ink on FSC certified paper.
At the moment, InfinityLab offers three flagship products: a wireless charger with USB port, an external battery and a USB charger. Everything comes with adapters for the European Union, Great Britain or the United States. It was all in my suitcase.

Why travel with wireless chargers?
From the beginning of my expedition, the benefits are felt. In fact, I go to Biarritz thanks to the train of a company low cost. For reasons of economy, the organizers did not find it useful for participants to have electrical outlets available. As a precaution, I still took the time to charge all my InfinityLab devices the night before (allow four hours for the external battery), and I was right. I take the external battery out of my bag and put it on my tablet.
It’s 8:30am and my work smartphone is only showing 20% battery, as far as my AirPods are concerned it’s not much more glorious and I’d like to shut up when I get there. I put my wireless headphones on the flat surface of the power bankand i connect my phone to the battery with a usb cable. Both objects load simultaneously during the end of my trip and I can read comfortably.
Looking back, I could only go off with this external battery (but my sense of professionalism will lose me). It has one USB-A port and one USB-B port, allowing you to charge three items simultaneously, and weighs just 250g. Furthermore, the item is quite nice, the lines are clean and the material is pleasant to the touch. This is exactly the type of object you could perform ASMR on.
Designer wireless charger
Arriving at our destination, we sit down for a small information meeting. I realize my personal laptop is running out of battery. So I take the wireless charger out of my bag and put it on my desk. I’m quite proud of it, as the item is also nice to look at and could even be used as a decoration passionate of compact technology. In addition, the near-vertical position of the phone is ideal for watching videos or making video conference calls.
At the end of the afternoon, we are taken to our hotel and everyone goes to their room to put down their belongings while waiting for the evening. The opportunity to try the latest InfinityLab charging solution: the USB charger. I decide to connect my e-reader and smartwatch as I prepare for dinner.

In summary, you will understand, thanks to these three top-up tools, I was able to avoid taking a charger for each item, which saves me a lot of space in my suitcase. I also like being able to tell myself that the digital objects I use are partly made with recycled materials.
So it hasn’t changed the face of this business trip, but it has given me some peace of mind. I could tell myself that I had the luxury of charging my electronic devices whenever and wherever I wanted.
