EXCLUSIVE: Longtime agent and casting director Marla Weber-Green has joined CESD as director of voiceovers for the New York animation agency.
“This is a real coup for us,” Ken Slevin and Paul Doherty, partners at CESD Talent Agency, said in announcing the hire. “Marla will be a strong advocate for our New York-based animation clients, along with the five agents in our long-standing Los Angeles Animation VO department.”
Weber-Green has been in the talent industry for nearly two decades and began her career at Buchwald in the voice department. Most recently she worked as Voice Casting Director at the Sound Lounge in New York. After Buchwald, she joined Stewart Talent/NY as an agent in 2012 and became head of adult animation, representing clients and landing dozens of roles for Disney, DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network and more.
