Former Saturday night live Co-stars and real-life friends Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are embarking on their first live comedy tour together this spring.
Tina Fey & Amy Poehler: Restless Leg Tour begins with a limited run of four shows from April to June. The outing, which bills itself as a celebration of “30 years of friendship with an evening of jokes, iconic stories and entertaining entertainment,” kicks off April 29 at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, DC.
Starting in DC, the four-date tour, produced by Live Nation, will visit the Chicago Theater in Chicago on May 20, MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston on June 9 and end in Atlantic City on June 10 at Hard Rock Live in the Etess Arena.
No other dates were mentioned in today’s announcement, with Poehler and Fey saying only, “If this tour goes well, we can finally end this friendship!”
Next to their years together SNL and the weekend update, Poehler and Fey received four prestigious Golden Globes awards.
