The property manager accused rapper DaBaby of a criminal assault count that was triggered by an accident at his rented apartment where a music video was shot.
TMZ’s Report Property manager Gary Pagar said DaBaby and his team have agreed to limit visits to the Los Angeles mansion he spent during his week-long stay in December to 12. However, complaints came from neighbors due to increased crowding, forcing Pagar to visit on 2 December.
Pay allegedly found 40 people outside the home making a music video. When he tried to talk to DaBaby about the situation, a member of the rapper’s entourage allegedly knocked him to the ground.
A lawsuit filed in February showed the rapper telling his accomplice he landed on Pagar, but then punched him in the face and gritted his teeth.
The incident was just the latest in a series of legal battles involving a North Carolina star.
