Meet our new column “5 worst images of the week”, the meaning of which perhaps needs no explanation in a few sentences. If only photos here could make more sense than any words. This week started strong with the Grammy Awards 2023, which was truly enriched by the failed images of the stars. This, of course, reaffirms our theory that the days of red carpet dominance over the fashion community are long numbered.
However, there was a place in the awards and invaluable initiatives – what is Cardi B’s downright sparkling homage to the late Paco Raban? Then the week got the “correct” grade. In a kind word, we remember an elegant look for the most daring with a mini dress from Kendall Jenner and an ultra-short-skirted office outfit from Hayley Bieber – after all, spring is just around the corner. And we are sure: There will be many more outfits worth covering in the coming weeks. It’s simple – New York Fashion Week kicks off today, then London will take the flag, and for dessert it will be Milan with subtle notes of Paris.
