Mark Hamill to sign ‘Luke Skywalker’ posters to raise money for Ukraine

Mark Hamill wants to help the Ukrainian military maintain its drone inventory. Mr. So Luke Skywalker will be selling signed posters to raise money.

“We decided to sign Star Wars posters, a limited number,” Hamill told Politico. “For true hardcore collectors – especially those with disposable income – you can get a lot more money…than you might think.”

Details on where the posters will be available are not yet known. Hamill envisions an auction where the competition will drive up the price. Poster sales are scheduled to begin next week.

Hamill said he hasn’t sold any autographed items since 2017 Star Wars: The Last Jedi came out “It’s just not something I do,” he said, claiming he was helping to prolong a war effort he called “downright inspiring.”

Hamill said so war of stars taught him that such gestures “do what is right for the benefit of all, and not just for self-interest”.
