Be sure to come dance Judge Bruno Tonioli replaced David Walliams Britain has talent.
In a rehearsal video shared on Twitter, hosts Ant and Dec, who have just signed three-year deals with ITV, introduce Tonioli alongside fellow judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon. Reports linked Tonioli with the role a few weeks ago and it was confirmed by Fremantle shortly after.
Tonioli will replace Walliams on the long-running ITV hit show after a Guardian Report late last year which included a shot of Walliams making derogatory comments about contestants, including calling one a “c**t” and saying of another: “She thinks you want to fuck her , but you do.” not that.
Tonioli was one strict judgment of Early until last year when he was replaced by Anton Du Beke. the Dancing with the stars Juror absent from the 2020 edition due to Covid-19.
He joins one of ITV’s hottest properties, a Cowell creation produced by his Syco clapboard alongside Thames, which has aired for 15 seasons this spring and is one of ITV’s biggest ratings.
In the video, Ant and Dec introduce the judges and Tonioli blows kisses to the audience before dancing and chatting to other judges, where he says: “I love being here.” Then he tries to push the familiar. Britain has talent buzzer.
“Here we are, Britain has talent. I’m so excited. It’s my first show, I have no idea what’s going to happen, but I’m sure it will be great,” added Tonioli.
