Damar Hamlin appeared in person to cheer on his Buffalo Bill teammates in an important playoff game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Security entered Highmark Stadium for the first time since his life-threatening medical emergency to wish the Bills good luck in the divisional round.

After greeting fellow Bills in the locker room before kickoff, Hamlin was taken to a private suite to enjoy the game. When Bill’s fans realized Hamlin was in the building, the crowd cheered him on and made a heart gesture to receive all the love he was getting.

Ultimately, the Bills were defeated by the Bengals by a final score of 27-10. The Bengals would advance to the next round when the Bills season ended tonight.

On January 2, Hamlin collapsed on the field during a game with the Bengals. The 24-year-old player suffered a cardiac arrest and was kept alive for minutes. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition after his heart rate recovered.

After further testing and under medical care, Hamlin recovered and returned to social media on January 7 to thank everyone for their support.

Hamlin was released from the care facility he had been in on January 11 and is expected to continue his rehabilitation at home. On January 15, Hamlin visited his teammates at their training facility to show off his miraculous recovery.
