On Thursday, US District Judge Donald Middlebrooks’ sanctions order found Trump and lawyer Alina Habba guilty of what he called “widespread and persistent conduct” in filing a flurry of lawsuits that were then quickly dismissed.

Middlebrooks previously filed Trump’s lawsuit against Clinton et al. al., in which the first famous apprentice The host alleged that the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee conspired with figures such as then-FBI Director James Comey to impeach Trump. The judge wrote that “the implausible allegation that Mr. Comey conspired with Mrs. Clinton is not only lacking in substance, but categorically absurd, given the impact of his announcements on her 2016 campaign.”

“Thirty-one individuals and organizations have been needlessly disadvantaged in order to progress unfairly

The judge cited a list of other cases Trump has filed, including a defamation case against CNN last October that was quickly followed by a Trump email to raise money from supporters, as well as cases against Twitter and Pulitzer Institute management. The judge also cited the lawsuit against James.

“To be clear, the sanction in this case is not on Mr. Trump imposed not because of the Pulitzer, Twitter or CNN controversies. These cases are for other judges who will make their own decisions,” the judge wrote. But he said the “widespread and persistent behavior demonstrates the need for deterrence”.

The judge’s anger exceeded what was presented in court. He noted that after dismissing the case, Habba went to Fox News Hannie Labeling Middlebrooks biased because he was a “Clinton judge” or was appointed by President Bill Clinton.
