The happiest age category of Russians was chosen. At the beginning of 2023, the results of a survey conducted by insurance companies Rosgosstrakh Life and Rosgosstrakh were shared by Izvestia.

Most often, people aged 35-44 feel happy. For health reasons – well-being of oneself and relatives (32%), material (31%) and family (30%), the presence of loving people (28%), a quiet life (22%), stable and high earnings (18%) , love of family (18%) and well-being of loved ones (16%). More than two-thirds of respondents (men and women) consider themselves happy to some degree (51% quite happy and 20% absolutely happy). Survey participants aged 35-44 (74%) described themselves as happy more often than others. Less common are respondents aged 44 to 55 (68%).
