Russian television host Ksenia Borodina said in an interview with Channel Five that her first film role was not easy, though she ended up enjoying the experience of working in cinema.
Borodina said she trained beforehand with a specialist who helped her rehearse her lines. She explained that after 20 years of hosting, where she arrives on set, does her job and leaves, filmmaking felt different, since actors are constantly stopped, need to redo scenes, learn lines and immerse themselves in a role, which she called very difficult work.
Long shifts on set
Borodina appeared in the film "For Love." She said some shooting days were long and hard, sometimes running until night. She added that she does not complain, since she looks back on that time fondly.
Borodina became known through the reality show "Dom-2," where she was a host starting in 2004. She left the show in December 2023, saying the decision was difficult but that she felt the time had come to move on.
