These crispy baked ground beef bombs are a great appetizer that everyone loves. First we prepare the mince. spice to taste with salt and pepper, aromatic herbs and our favorite spices. Then rest for a few minutes and make balls like meatballs.
Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes and place a cube in each patty. Let’s cut the onions in half and remove the layers. a kind of shell to wrap each patty of minced meat stuffed with cheese.

Wrap each minced meat-filled bomb with two slices of bacon and place on a baking sheet. We polish it with barbecue sauce and Bake them at 200ºC for 15 minutes.turn the spheres every five minutes so that they cook evenly.
