We start by making the filling. Ask for this recipe. To do this, chop the onion, tomato and mix with minced meat in a pan, fry until the meat is cooked. Then add the hot pepper, tomato concentrate and season to taste. Saute everything and let it cool.

How to make pita dough
For the dough, we mix water at 35ºC with yeast and sugar. When a homogeneous mixture is formed, let it rest for 15 minutes. Next put the dough in a baking dish with fire and yogurt. Take it out, sift it with wheat flour and add salt and oil. Knead until you get a homogeneous ball and let it rest for 20 minutes. Then we knead it, cover it and leave it until it doubles in size.

How to Make and Cook Pita

Finally, it’s time to assemble and bake. Divide the dough into four parts, knead and cover with the filling and mozzarella. Fold the ends inwards as in the picture, brush the dough with beaten eggs. All this goes to the oven, Preheated to 250ºC, approx. 15 minutes.
