Ring of fire! Man develops a nasty rash after using Tesco toilet cleaning wipes to clean his butt –

His face and buttocks turned red after a man burned his ass using a toilet tissue instead of a toilet paper roll.

Leon Gleed, 29, from Cwmbran, South Wales, developed pain in an intimate area after using Tesco’s antibacterial wipes, which are actually a bathroom cleaner.

After having to shove Sudcrem up his ass for a week, the truck driver said he felt “it was a hot curry the night before but it was ten times worse”.

A vent in the bathroom! Leon Gleed, 29, from South Wales, accidentally used Tesco toilet wipes to wipe his butt.

Tesco, make your pants shine and burn

Tesco said their labeling of shine and burn pants is “clear”, although Leon and his girlfriend Sadie said labeling should be clearer to consumers.

Gleed said he didn’t know that the wipes were actually for cleaning the toilet, not his ass.

Talking about the famous country song “Ring of Fire,” Gleed joked that he was having a “Johnny Cash moment.”

His girlfriend, 29, Sadie Williams, bought the wipes from a Tesco Express store in the town of Risca and left them in the bathroom.

After going to the bathroom a few times, Leon had a nasty rash and some irritation.

He checked the towel wrap and admitted to Sadie – which he himself burst out laughing.

After several days and several toilet visits, Leon developed a nasty rash.

He checked the towel wrap and admitted to Sadie – which he himself burst out laughing.

While making a silly mistake, Leon says he believes cleaning products should be labeled more clearly to avoid any possibility of confusion.

The active washable toilet wipes he uses says “It makes the toilets shine”, but they don’t talk about the sparkling bottoms.

As washable wet wipes become more commonplace, Gleed says this is an easy mistake to make.

Leon said: “I thought it was a wet wipe for going to the toilet, but it wasn’t.

“When I felt the pain, I knew something was wrong, and when I looked at the package it said ’99 percent dead bacteria’.

“Sadie told me ‘how can you be so stupid’, but I think cleaning products should have warning labels to be more recognizable.

“Now I’ve had the worst: I had to use Sudcrem there for a week!

“As a truck driver, it was difficult to get in and out of the vehicle for a while due to the constant friction and burning pain.

“The only way I can describe it is like the night after a hot curry, only ten times worse!

“I know it’s a stupid mistake to do but I’m sure there are other people who do the same!”

A spokesperson for Tesco said: ‘We are sorry to hear this. We make the labeling on our packages as clear as possible for our customers.’
