An Australian fitness star, who gave birth to five babies in less than six years, described how she got back in shape nine weeks after giving birth to twins.

Chontel Duncan, 32, from Brisbane, lost three kilograms and 3.9 kilograms of body weight by attending high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes four times a week.

Despite Covid and severe sleep deprivation, which broke his leg over a two-month period, he succeeded.

With the help of the Hiit Station gym franchise, Chontel was able to get back on track and hit her goals.

HIIT workouts consist of short cycles of intense exercise lasting 10 to 60 seconds with multiple repetitions.

He added that Covid was unable to train him for seven consecutive days and also had to supervise five children.

Earlier this year, Chontel shared what she normally eats in a day to build muscle and maintain a fit body.

Filling her plate with nutritious food, the busy mom eats eight “meals” a day and indulges in a cheeky treat in the evening.

He admits on Instagram that he “gets bored quickly” from eating the same food regularly, so his “day on the plate” changes frequently.

Between breakfast and lunch, she ate three muffins with tzatziki, spinach, peppers, and tomato slices on them.

“As a busy mom, the first thing I sacrifice is food. I can easily forget to eat in the first half of the day, starving myself like a wild animal in the afternoon. This leads me to consume all my body weight with food,” he wrote.
