

Jane Fonda he still has it and he proved it in a new video for H&M Move. The 85-year-old was featured in a new campaign video, in which she wore blue overalls as she pedaled a stationary bike and talked about the secret to living longer: movement.

In the video, Jane said: ‘The idea behind H&M Move is that we want everyone in the world to move. They say you have to take 10,000 steps a day; I find it difficult, so I don’t walk 10,000, I walk 5,000. nothing. If I walk and train, I don’t feel my age”.
He captioned the video: “Movement is a gift. This is the idea behind my partnership with @hm_move. Together we have a mission to fight for equal access to sport. We want everyone to move. Don’t feel like you can walk 10,000 steps today? Walk 5000 instead. Always remember one simple thing: something is better than nothing.
In another campaign video, Jane said: “People who have moved know why this is not only important but truly a blessing. Now, at 80, it’s even more important. Getting in and out of a car suddenly is difficult unless you have strong thighs. So you don’t do it because of your looks. You want to be able to live fully.

Jane revealed her non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis in September 2022 on Instagram. She posted selfies of herself announcing she had cancer and started chemotherapy treatments, mentioning, “This is a very treatable cancer. 80% of people survive, so I feel very lucky.” After battling the disease, Jane announced on her website on December 15 that she was cancer-free. “My oncologist told me last week that the my cancer is in remission and I can stop my chemotherapy. I feel so blessed, so lucky. Thank you to everyone who prayed and sent me good thoughts. I’m sure that played a part in the good news.”
