Jeff Bezos will lead the voice cast of a new animated series BLUE ORIGIN SPACE RANGERS

There is a new animated space adventure series in development for Amazon Prime Video titled Blue Origin Space Rangers and the voice cast will be led by the head of Amazon Jeff Bezos And Good morning America guest Michael Strahan.

The children’s series is obviously championed by Bezos who is “busy building a road to space so our children can build the future.” As for Michael Strahan, he was part of a Blue Origin NS-19 space flight in December 2021.

Blue Origin Space Rangers was developed by Genius Brands, Blue Origin and SMAC Productions, with Genius Brands affiliate Mainframe Studios producing the animation for the series. We don’t know much about the story, but it will feature a diverse group of young people from around the world who embark on space adventures.

Constance Schwartz-Morinico-founder and CEO of SMAC Entertainment, said in a statement, “A year ago, I watched my friend and business partner Michael Strahan become an astronaut. This amazing experience was the motivation for us to create Blue Origin Space Rangers , a series that would inspire future astronauts. For our first animated space project, we could not imagine two better partners than Blue Origin and Genius Brands to develop and bring this series to a distributor.”

Andy Heyward of Genius Brands, who is also an executive producer, said: “Blue Origin Space Rangers will be revolutionary for Genius Brands in its creative arena and for me personally it is a dream come true given my passion for astronomy that lasts for a lifetime. with Blue Origin and SMAC Productions will create multiple touchpoints for children and families to explore, learn and deliver a one-of-a-kind spatial experience. the world of music, sports, influencers and celebrities, youth and less young.”

I like good animated series, but I guess it will be something for younger kids.
