The best example is ‘Get Out’, a story starring Daniel Kaluuya, in which he brings to life a boy who is about to meet his girlfriend’s parents for the first time, and when he arrives at the place, he realizes the true intentions of them in-laws due to their skin color. Twelve monkeys

In a more sci-fi environment, we have “Twelve Monkeys”, a film by Terry Gilliam in which Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt participate. The story follows an inmate from the future who is sent to the 21st century, where he must get help finding and preventing the source of a plague that could spell the end of humanity for years to come. Shutter Island

Directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo and Michelle Williams, we have “Shutter Island”. It is a mystery story set in the 1950s, in which Sheriff Teddy Daniels investigates the disappearance of an escaped killer inside a sanatorium on a remote island, where she finds clues to his grisly crimes. Finally, a sci-fi mystery film, directed by Alex Garland and starring Oscar Isaac, Alicia Vikander and Domhnall Gleeson, “Ex-Machina”. It is about a young programmer who wins a competition to participate in an experiment of a company that wants to test its new model of intelligent robot, to find out if he is able to reproduce human emotions.
