The Final Battle for All Worlds has already begun on HBO Max and part of it will take place in Spain. Starting Tuesday, December 6, with the release of two weekly chapters, the third and final season of ‘Dark Matter’ will adapt the outcome of the Phillip Pullman trilogy, “The lacquered telescope”. With the same self-confidence as her Lyra Belacqua and declaring herself a fan of eCartelera, the Spanish-British Dafne Keen welcomes us, protagonist of this gigantic adaptation for 3 years together with the very young Amir Wilson.

Dafne María Keen Fernández is the full name of the one who starred in “Logan” alongside Hugh Jackman. Despite this early rise to fame and very clear Spanish name, she went completely unnoticed in the south of her country during filming. “Nobody knew I was Spanish. People spoke to me in English and I said to them: no, no, I speak Spanish”. His imaginary partner is 100% British, but he also has roots and a fondness for our country. “Spain is beautiful. We spent time living in Ronda, Malaga. I have family in Granada”.
Without even being of legal age, Lyra Belacqua’s young actress can boast of more than leading an exploration and rebellion between worlds: After spearheading big Marvel and HBO projects, he’s now moving to a galaxy far, far away with another big upcoming series. From the plot of “The Acolyte” he tells us “It’s crazy. It is a very fun project and different from all those that have been made with Star Wars. I think the fans will like it. It’s a story about the Sith that has never been told.” As far as filming goes, it promises big action scenes that he’s been in and teases some of the cast he’s been closest with. “I’ve worked with Amandla Stenberg who is fantastic, Charlie Barnett who is charming as well as Manny Jacinto. They are all fantastic, Lee Jung-jae is amazing”.
Two young fighters for peace
Lyra and Will have to bring peace between worlds, and they should also do it in another equally complicated field: social networks. As if it wasn’t hard enough to handle such a huge amount of work, Danfe and Amir have to do it at an early age and constantly on public display. The advice of the young British protagonist is to remember this “People show the best part of their lives on social media. But life isn’t always like this. You have to understand that it’s fake, it’s not true”. For his part, The young Spanish actress has a very clear rule: “I advise you never to read the comments, it’s the most harmful thing you can do to yourself. I’ve done it several times, I admit it, and it’s not funny”. Even so, having known firsthand what it’s like to work for cinematic universes with such a fan base, he acknowledges that “It’s important to listen to the opinion of the fans in some elections, but those who don’t know you shouldn’t comment on your private life”.
