STAR WARS: THE ACOLYTE will show how the Sith infiltrate the Jedi Order

Like many of you, I’ve been very curious about the upcoming Lucasfilm series Star Wars: The Acolyte. Daphne Keen (Logano. His dark subjects) was recently cast in the project, and in a recent interview with Tech Rader, she opened up a bit about the show and said it will see the Sith infiltrate the Jedi order. Looks interesting! She explained:

“It’s set a hundred years before the prequel movies, and it’s sort of explaining how the Sith infiltrated the Jedi. It’s a Sith-driven story, which has never been done before. It was really fun to film, the cast he’s great, and the director [Leslye Headland] and the crew are just lovely. The whole experience is wonderful and I’m already excited for people to see it.”

Keen will join the former cast Amanda Steinberg, Jodie Turner-Smith, And Lee Jung-jae. We have no idea who plays any of these actors Star Wars project.

The story is described as “a mystery thriller that will take viewers into a galaxy of dark secrets and emerging dark side powers in the final days of the High Republic era.” The High Republic is set 200 years before the start of the Skywalker Saga.

The series was developed by Leslye Promontory who serves as director, writer, executive producer and showrunner. Headland worked closely with the president of Lucasfilm Kathleen Kennedy on this project, so you can bet he’ll have a strong influence on it.

This is an interesting era that has so far only been explored in a handful of books and comics. It’s the Golden Age of the Jedi, when the Jedi were at their prime and the Sith were believed to have been eradicated from the galaxy. The term “acolyte” refers to individuals with Force abilities who learn from a more experienced Sith Lord.

It was also previously explained that the show “specifically explores the rise of the Dark Side in those final days of the High Republic era.” The series is also said to explore some major Sith characters Legends of Star Warswhich will be great to see if it’s true!
