There’s a special place at co-writer/director Ryan Coogler’s table and in his heart for those who supported him Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
The official Marvel Studios social media platforms, including Instagram, shared a post from Coogler thanking everyone who came to watch Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in theaters.
Faced with the daunting task of making a sequel without its original star, Chadwick Boseman, Coogler admitted the film was an “emotional outlet.” He ended his note with the tags “Chadwick Forever” and “Long Live T’Challa”.
Disney/Marvel’s starts November 20th Black Panther: Wakanda Forever sent its global cume well past the $500 million mark. The separation is $288 million domestic and $258.3 million from the international box office.
