by Amazon The The Lord of the Rings: The rings of power it certainly was an incredible and visually stunning series. I know a lot of people have had problems with it, and while it wasn’t perfect it was quite an epic series! I was very happy with how it turned out and I can’t wait to see this story continue in the second season!
Andy Serkiswho played Gollum in Peter Jackson’S The Lord of the Rings And The Hobbit trilogies, she recently shared her thoughts on the show. For the most part, the cast of the original films have shown support for the series, but this is the first time Serkis has opened up about it.
While talking to Jake’s Takes, Serkis was asked about the show and this is what he said:
“I think it’s really well done, I think there are some really great performances. I’ve been reading recently Lord of the Rings for Audible and in the preface, in the preface, it covers The rings of powerthe age they tell inside The rings of power, so I knew that world and I think it’s a really beautiful interpretation. And, again, having the time to be with those characters is something very, very exciting and I know it Lord of the Rings fans love it. “
He went on to talk about how much he enjoyed the series and how epic it was by saying:
“I really enjoyed it – again, the scale is incredible. In terms of cinematography, performance aside, it’s so epic and in the same way it does, the same way it does. [Star Wars: Andor] it seems … You find it hard to separate it from movies, they look like movies, every single episode. It has a mythic and scaled epic nature Power ringsin the same way that Andor it does, it looks like a huge movie. “
It’s good to see he enjoyed the show. It must be nice for the actors who starred in the original films to be able to just sit back, relax, watch and enjoy an adaptation of JRR Tolkien’s work without all the work required to bring it to life. Jackson previously shared:
“When we made the Lord of the Rings movies, I always felt that I was the unfortunate person who never got to see it as an out of the ordinary movie. When it was screened, I was immersed in it for five or six years. . It was such a loss for me not to be able to see them like everyone else. I actually seriously considered going to a hypnotherapy dude to hypnotize myself to make me forget the movies and the work I had done. for the past six or seven years so I can sit back and enjoy them. I haven’t followed it all the way but I talked to them [British mentalist] Derren Brown on this and thought he could do it. ”
Now he can do it! Anyway, what do you think of The Rings of Power now that it’s over? Did you like it? Do you hate him? Let us know!
