One of my favorite things to do during the Halloween season is to carve jack-o-lanterns! It’s always fun to come up with a cool, creepy face! With Halloween approaching, I thought I’d share this video from Wired exploring the 13 levels of pumpkin carving with pumpkin carving master James Hall.
In the video, he explains “the pumpkin carving in 13 frightening levels of difficulty. The 2-time winner of “Halloween Wars” breaks down a variety of pumpkin carving techniques, ranging from simple to incredibly complex. “
Now, don’t get too fancy about pumpkin carving. My skills are not crazy and after watching the video I would say my carving skills are at level 4.
It’s amazing to see how talented some pumpkin carvers are. Like this guy in the video, he’s truly a master of his craft.
