Through the activism platform, Change-org, a group of mothers calls for censorship ‘terrier 2’, as it causes nightmares in their children. Shannon McDougle, a citizen who, along with other mothers, wrote on the site the reasons for asking for censorship, assuring that the story of the film “brainwashes our children” for its scenes of extreme violence and blood.

The move is called “‘Mothers against ‘Terrifier 2’: enough”, Which has already collected nearly 500 signatures on the platform. McDougle, who initiated the petition, claims that his 14-year-old son and his cousins ​​managed to get into a feature film of the film and that the boy has since had nightmares that made it impossible for him to sleep, thanks to the disgusting “story” and evil.

‘Terifier 2’: They ask for it to be withdrawn from cinemas

Steve Hutchinson, author of “Terror Tarot: Fantasy”, and even Stephen King, did not hesitate to recommend “Terrifier 2” to fans of classic and gory horror films. On the other hand, McDoguel concludes his letter stating that they should remove the Damien Leone tape from theaters, although he admits he has never seen the film because it shows “human mutilation, grotesque and inappropriate for all”.

After passing through the cinemas of the United States, ‘Terrifier 2’ will open in Mexico on October 31 as part of the programming of the Morbido Film Festival, which will take place in Mexico City, and where they will present other major national projects such as ‘Huesera’, ‘Venus’ or ‘Cerdita’.
