Disney + has unveiled a new trailer and poster for the next series of Christmas adventures The Santa Claus. In history, Tim AllenScott Calvin attempts to retire from Santa Claus to spend Christmas with his family. But things don’t go as planned and he must take action to save Christmas again.
After being Santa for nearly thirty years, Scott Calvin is as cheerful as ever. “But as Christmas wanes in popularity, so does its Santa magic. Scott struggles to keep up with the demands of the job, as well as being there for his family. After discovering that there is a way to retire from his post, Scott thinks about resigning from Santa Claus and finding a worthy successor so that he can become a better father and husband. “
This worthy successor doesn’t end up being too worthy and ends up causing more harm than good.
The series is also the protagonist Elizabeth Mitchell like Carol / Mrs. Claus, Elizabeth Allen Dick like Sandra, Devin Bright like Noel, Austin Kane like Cal, Matilde Lawler like Betty, Red Rupali like Grace and Kal Penn like Simon Choksi.
Jack Burditt (30 Rock, Modern Family, Frasier, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) is executive producer and showrunner and Tim Allen, in addition to acting, Kevin Hench (The last man standing), Riccardo Panettiere And Rick Messina will also serve as executive producers.
The first two episodes of the six-episode series will premiere Wednesday, November 16, exclusively on Disney +.
