Five new actors have signed on for roles in the 20th Century sequel Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Included Travis Jeffery (Uninterrupted), Neil Sandilands (Sweetness), Sara Wiseman (One of us is lying), Ras-Samuel Welda’abzgi (The clearing), And Lydia Peckham (Cowboy Bebop). The actors join an ensemble that also includes Owen Teague, Freya Allan, Pietro Macon And Kevin Durandas previously announced.
Although details about the film’s plot are hidden, it has been reported that the film is a continuation of the legendary Planet of the Apes science fiction franchise dating back to Franklin J. Schaffneris the 1968 film of the same name. We understand that it will resume many years after the conclusion of the most recent entry into the franchise, 2017 War for the Planet of the Apes.
Details on the roles of the new actors were not disclosed. But Wes Ball (Maze runner franchise) directs from a screenplay by Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, And Patrizio Aison.
