The actor, who played Dr. Jackson Avery in nearly 300 episodes of “Grey’s Anatomy”, joins the hit series Hulu (which aired in Spain via Star / Disney +) in a recurring role that promises to further complicate matters for the leading trio.

As revealed exclusively by Deadline, Williams will play a documentary director who develops a special interest in the case being investigated by Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez), Charles Haden-Savage (Steve Martin) and Oliver Putnam (Martin Short).. The second season ended in August 2022 with great success with audiences and critics, after a premiere that made her one of the television surprises of 2021, and which amassed 17 Emmy Award nominations (of which she won three). It is not known when the series will return with its third season, but considering that not even a year has passed between the first and the second and that the production of the new chapters is already underway, Mabel, Charles and Oliver are expected to be back in action in the summer / fall 2023.
