Netflix picked up the Untitled movie which was made by Josh Sadie And Benny Sadiaka The Safdie Brothers, who previously made the films Good time And Uncut gemsthe second of which acted Adam Sandler in one of the most critically acclaimed roles of his career. The next photo is reuniting Sandler with the directors, who are also writing and producing.
Deadline reports that Netflix would not confirm plot details, although several sources say it is likely set in the world of high-end card collecting. The report also states that sources say the hope is to shoot the project in the second quarter of 2023, which would likely make it Sandler’s next project. An insider close to the project said the start date is TBD as the brothers are still putting the finishing touches on the script.
Uncut gems it was hard to watch, but it was a really crazy and interesting story that kept me enthralled until the very end. I’m ready for another wild ride with Sandler and the Safdies at the helm. And you?
