
It was recently revealed that Flying Bark Productions, the studio behind it What happens if…?, The rise of the mutant teenager Ninja Turtles and more will animate the untitled 2D Avatar: The Ultimate Airbender feature film. The film is directed by Lauren Montgomery with the creators Bryan Konitzko And Michele Di Martino serving as producers under the banner of Avatar Studios. Production manager of the company Alexia Gates-Foale shared:
Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra are two of the most iconic animated series of our time and we are simply thrilled to play a part in bringing this new story to life.
With a company full of creatives and super fans, the Avatar feature is a dream project for the Flying Bark team.
