The premiere of ‘Black Adam’ with Dwayne Johnson is a few days after its arrival in theaters in Latin America and the rest of the world, following its release in the United States. A lot of things have leaked out of the story, but now fans want to see a version of the film that includes the more brutal scenes that were censored prior to the R-rated cut.

After the preview, ‘Black Adam’ opens on 21 October, and during its US screening, Henry Cavill’s return as Superman to the post-credits scene was leaked. But faced with the excitement of learning about one of DC’s biggest news, fans have voiced their disagreement as some of the more explicit scenes from the tape have been removed.

Collider recently reported that ‘Black Adam’ it was originally rated R, that is, it had a high violent content. But Warner’s intentions with Dwayne Johnson’s film were different and, after several cuts, the Motion Picture Association (MPAA) finally assigned it a PG-13 category, meaning suitable for the whole family.

When the details were released, the fans have requested in networks the R-rated cut of ‘Black Adam’, which would include brutal and explicit moments that would make the cut unsuitable for the whole family. While to be honest, these sequences weren’t completely removed, they were just tweaked to tone it down, which fans didn’t like.

“Black Adam” was originally more brutal

DC comic fans will know that Black Adam is more brutal in the comics than in his movie version, which was not to the liking of fans. There are also those who ask that Warner, after the period of exclusivity in theaters, give the R-rated cut the opportunity to be previewed on HBO Max, as has already happened with the extended version of “Spiderman: No Way. Home “.

Another fan writes, “I can’t speak for everyone, but personally I’d love to see the writers’ true interpretation of the character, non-watered down and censored stuff that boils down to a bunch of inconsistent nothing. If the writers have written a darker story, it’s a question of causality, not correlation. ”

Now, we’ll just have to wait for Warner to give news about what will happen to the deleted scenes from “Black Adam”, and whether at some point they will be revealed to fans, either on a streaming platform or through their official networks.
