Marvel She-Hulk the series had a really fun first season, which ended with Jennifer Walters character not only breaking through the fourth wall, but marching into Marvel studios in the Disney lot and begging for her time with the big guy. She’s had a lot of fun twists, but it turns out there was one that the studio held back.
In a recent interview with The Direct, She-Hulk director Kat Coirò revealed that Marvel has planned to return The Incredible Hulk‘S Edward Norton to play Bruce Banner once again in the finale.
Discussing any ideas considered for the Hulk’s long-awaited reunion with Abomination, Coiro confirmed that she and Marvel Studios have “entertained the idea” to exchange Marco Ruffalò for Norton for that scene, like when they last met Banner was played by a different actor:
“There was a lot of talk that the last time they were together a different actor was playing the Hulk. And Marco [Ruffalo] made quite a few jokes about this. And we considered trading Mark with Edward Norton. But this did not happen ”.
I think it would have been really fun to see Norton come back if they had a way to make it work. As it turned out, the ending was really good and I hope the series returns. And you? Did you like it She-Hulk? Would you like to see a season 2?
